This website (horizongroupamericas.com) is operated by Horizon Decor LLC, a Florida limited liability company (Florida document number L24000083052) that sells under the Horizon Pottery brand (“Horizon”, “we”, “us”). Horizon Group is the name of the group of companies presented on this website; projects outside the United States are handled by the local company or partner named in each quote.

This policy covers the website and the channels linked from it: WhatsApp and phone (+1 754 777 1192), email and our Instagram accounts (@horizonamericas and @horizon.pottery).

Information you give us. When you write or call us, or use the quote form, we receive what you choose to share, such as:

• your name, phone number, email and city or ZIP code;
• where the piece will go, the pieces or sizes you are interested in, and your firm or project;
• your messages and any photos, videos or plans of your space;
• when you order, the delivery address, the contact person and the invoice details stated in the quote.

The quote form on this website does not send your answers to our servers and does not store them. When you tap “Continue on WhatsApp”, your browser passes the message you wrote to WhatsApp (a Meta service) to open the chat, and WhatsApp handles it under its own terms and privacy policy; if you choose email instead, the message opens in your email app. The message ends with a short reference to the page or ad you came from. We receive your answers only if you send the message.

Forms, messages and calls from our ads. If you fill out a form inside a Google or Meta ad, Google or Meta sends us the details you entered (such as name, email, phone number and city) so that we can reply. If you message us from an Instagram or Facebook ad, Meta may tell us which ad you came from. If you call us from a Google ad, the call may be connected through a Google forwarding number, and Google may share call details with us, such as the caller's area code and the time and length of the call.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and time of visit, to deliver and protect the site. If we turn on the tools described in the next section, they may also collect device and usage information through cookies and similar technologies.

We may use Google tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion tracking and Google Analytics) and Meta tools (the Meta Pixel) to measure which ads and pages bring inquiries and to show our ads to people who visited this website. These tools use cookies, pixels and similar technologies that allow Google, Meta and other third parties to collect or receive information from this website and elsewhere on the internet, over time and across different websites, and to use it to provide measurement services and to target ads. This website does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

We reply to the messages, calls and emails you send us. We send promotional messages by WhatsApp, text message or email only if you ask for them or agree to receive them, and you can stop them at any time by replying “STOP” or writing to contact@horizonpottery.com.

Some messages you send us on WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook Messenger are first answered by an automated assistant. To read your messages, photos and voice notes and to write a reply, the assistant uses artificial intelligence services from Google and OpenAI. You can ask to talk to a person at any time, and our team handles quotes and orders.

We do not sell or rent your personal information for money. Google and Meta may receive information about your visit through the tools described in “Cookies, measurement and advertising tools”. Otherwise, we share personal information only with:

• service providers that help us run the website and talk with you, such as our hosting provider, WhatsApp and Meta, Google, OpenAI and our email provider;
• payment providers and banks, accountants and legal advisers, when needed to process payments, keep records or protect our rights;
• delivery companies, when you place an order, with the information needed to deliver it;
• authorities, when the law requires it or to protect our rights;
• a buyer or successor, if our business is sold or reorganized.

We keep conversations and quotes for as long as we need them to answer you, follow up on the quote and deliver orders, and for as long as accounting, tax or legal rules require. After that we delete them or keep them in a form that no longer identifies you.

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No transmission over the internet or a messaging app is completely secure, so please do not send card numbers or passwords by WhatsApp, email or Instagram.

You can ask us what personal information we have about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it or stop sending you marketing messages. Write to contact@horizonpottery.com. We may need to confirm your identity, and we may keep information that we must retain by law, such as invoices and tax records. We answer within a reasonable time and, where a law sets a deadline, within that deadline.

Depending on where you live, the law may give you other rights over your information; we respect them.

This website is meant for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.

Horizon is based in Florida, United States. Part of our team and some of our service providers may access information from other countries, so your information may be processed in the United States and in those countries.

This policy covers information handled by Horizon Decor LLC. If you ask about a project in Paraguay or Brazil, the local company or partner named in your quote may also handle your information under the law of that country; write to us and we will tell you who it is.
