These terms apply to the use of this website (horizongroupamericas.com), operated by Horizon Decor LLC, a Florida limited liability company (Florida document number L24000083052) that sells under the Horizon Pottery brand (“Horizon”, “we”). Horizon Group is the name of the group of companies presented on this website. By using the website you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use it.

You must be at least 18 years old to request a quote or place an order.

Photographs, descriptions and measurements on this website are for general reference and are not an offer to sell. We may change or remove products, finishes and information without notice.

Product and project images on this website carry one of three labels: “Real photo” (a photograph of a real piece or project), “Manufacturer photo” (a photograph supplied by the manufacturer) or “Illustrative project image” (a rendering or illustration, which does not show a finished project or an exact product).

Horizon Pottery vases are made by hand, so color, texture, patina and shape vary from piece to piece. No two pieces are identical, and the piece you receive may look different from the photographs. These variations are a natural part of handmade ceramics.

Product warranties, if any, are only those written in your quote. Before ordering, ask us whether a piece suits the place where it will go.

Measurements and weights on this website come from our catalog and are approximate. The measurements of your piece are confirmed in your quote.

We do not publish prices on this website. Prices are given only in a written quote, which states the pieces or services, the price, applicable sales tax, the delivery cost, the payment terms, any estimated timing and how long the quote is valid. Estimated dates are not guaranteed unless the quote says so.

Each quote names the company that issues it, and that company is the seller or contractor for that order.

An order exists only after you accept the quote in writing and make any payment it requires. If the quote differs from this website, the quote prevails.

For Horizon Pottery vases we currently deliver across South Florida and the Orlando area. Delivery is quoted per order, based on the pieces and the address. Dates, access conditions and what the delivery includes are those stated in your quote.

Payment terms, deposits and timelines are defined in each quote. We do not take payments through this website.

Changes, cancellations, returns, refunds, deposits and damage claims follow the conditions written in your quote, which you see before you accept it. Please check your pieces at delivery and send us photos of any problem as soon as possible.

The texts, photographs, logos and design of this website belong to Horizon or are used with permission of their owners. You may not copy them or use them commercially without our written permission. Sharing links to our pages is welcome.

When you contact us through WhatsApp, Instagram, email or other services, those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.

Please do not use the website in a way that breaks the law, harms the website or other people, or tries to access it without authorization.

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”, without a guarantee that it is free of errors or interruptions.

To the extent permitted by law, Horizon is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law. Orders are governed by their quote and by the law that applies to them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about this website will be handled by the competent state or federal courts in Florida.
